The Best Powder Coating in the Industry

Prior to coating, our steel uprights are sandblasted to achieve a surface profile that paint can really stick to. After sandblasting, they are sprayed with a zinc-rich primer, then they are powder coated, and finally they are cured in a 400° oven. The curing process formulates a protective skin and promotes adhesion of the coating.

If any part of your crossbars rusts within 3 years of the initial purchase date, we will replace that piece free of charge.

• The height of our crossbars is 6” above the side rails of your truck

• Our crossbars measure 3" wide x 1.5" high

• Holes are provided in our uprights for mounting of hi-lift jacks

• A set of two bars weighs 41 lbs

• Load rating is 300 lbs dynamic and 800 lbs static, per set of two bars

• Includes two crossbars, four uprights, and all mounting hardware
