The KB Voodoo 12-Inch High Steel VRS Truck Bed Rack combines the carrying capacity of a full truck bed rack with a lower, mid-height profile. Built from steel for strength and affordability, this modular six-leg rack provides a rugged platform for rooftop tents, bikes, cargo, recovery gear, and other overland equipment.
The rack features built-in tonneau cover compatibility with no separate adapters required. Compatibility varies by truck and tonneau cover, so please consult our VRS Tonneau Cover Fitment Guide before ordering.
This rack has universal fitment. Select your truck from the available options when ordering.
Rack Length: 58 inches
Rack Height: 12 inches above the bed side rails
Dynamic Capacity: 600 lbs
Static Capacity: 1,200 lbs
The combination of the 12-inch height and six-leg construction makes this rack particularly well suited for customers who want substantial cargo or rooftop-tent capacity without the height of a traditional full-height truck bed rack.
The VRS design gives you numerous mounting locations for accessories and additional crossbars. Accessory panel locations can be adjusted, and additional crossbars can be mounted directly to the Voodoo Rails as your setup changes.
The rack is also equipped with mounting holes for KB Voodoo VRS accessories and can be combined with our VRS integrated storage options.
This rack is designed with tonneau compatibility built into the system, eliminating the need for separate rack adapters.
Because tonneau cover designs and mounting systems vary, please consult our VRS Tonneau Cover Fitment Guide and examine your tonneau cover before ordering to verify compatibility with your particular truck and cover combination.
Some tonneau covers may require modification for proper fitment with this system.
If you have any concerns about compatibility, please contact us and we will help determine the correct configuration.
Our steel bed rack components receive a multi-stage coating process designed for long-term durability. Before coating, the components are sandblasted to create a surface profile that promotes adhesion. They are then sprayed with a zinc-rich primer, followed by the powder coat, and finally cured in a 400°F oven.
The curing process creates a protective outer layer while promoting strong adhesion of the coating to the steel.
