We have an exciting new line of truck bed crossbars.
They are called the PRO-X bed crossbars.
These bars feature an extruded aluminum main crossbar, with powder coated steel uprights.
We use an industry leading powder system on these new bars.
The Best Powder Coating in the Industry
Prior to coating, our steel uprights are sandblasted to achieve a surface profile that paint can really stick to. After sandblasting, they are sprayed with a zinc-rich primer, then they are powder coated, and finally they are cured in a 400° oven. The curing process formulates a protective skin and promotes adhesion of the coating.
